    I'd recommend hand-delivery, ask whoever you give it to, to actually check that you've completed everything correctly / aren't missing anything. It'll give you peace of mind that everything is OK.

    Diddo. Hand deliver is great - they check everything. The woman I dealt with was brill - she even gave me a cheeky nod when I asked her what my chances were!
