Sorry if this has been asked before but trying to get info for a friend who has no choice but to get mobile broadband. Based 3 miles outside Limerick city, who is the most reliable provider - 3, O2 or Vodafone ? who offers the best value ? what speeds should he realistically expect to get assuming good connection ? Thanks.
