Features to include in a cycle route brochure

Hi All
I'm designing a cycle route brochure for a cycle route my company have developed. The route is 60km long and all on-road. I like this example and will include the following features in my brochure. The brochure will be 8 page A5 folding printed on a splashproof paper.

Basic route details
Length of route
Total height gain (i.e amount of climbing) + route profile

Map with:
Route fully marked
Facilities at each town the route passes through
Scale

Are there any features I've missed out on that I should include? Has anyone any examples of good brochures they have seen that they can link too?

Some roads are easier and more enjoyable than others, factors (which may be a bit subjective) would include:

Surface quality, ridability of hard shoulder, volume/type of motor traffic.
