    Hey

Where have people gone for a lads weekend in Europe? I'm planning on going somewhere with about 6 other guys (19-20 yrs old). Amsterdam springs to mind.

What are your experiences/crazy stories? We're going for halloween so any advice on a cool city (accessible by Ryan air:pac:) to spend halloween in?

More importantly what are your crazy stories about weekends abroad?
    Cheers!

but yeah amsterdam is a good spot for a lads weekend away, ryanair fly to eindhoven though which is about an hour from amsterdam, longer depending on time of day and traffic on the dutch motorways which can get insane

I was in Munich for a stag do and I have to say it was awesome. Although stumbling shtfaced into your hotel at 9am and finding out you're booked into the same hotel only on the other side of the city isn't fun.

Just back from a lads weekend in Antwerp. One of the best weekends away I have had.

Wasn't such a big fan of Amsterdam, if you are now into the coffee-shop scene I would reccomend going somewhere else !

Berlin; savage city, really cheap and ryanair fly there.

I'm 18 and I've been there 3 times with the lads. The clubs are unreal, heading back there again in december.

Wow , i must have missed something. I'm in Munich 2 years and find it real boring at night.

Hamburg is f**king brilliant for blokes. Best stag place ever. Fly with Aer Lingus rather than Ryanair though cause the Ryanair airport is 100 euro in a taxi from Hamburg.

Amsterdam is good but if it's your first time going and you're going to have a smoke it will probably just end up splitting up the group as one or two will get too wasted and either puke and/or end up having to go back to the hotel. Honestly, there's always one in Amsterdam....

Maybe it's a small doses type of place. I've always thought that you could go to the most boring place in the world and as long as you have the right people with you you'll have some mad craic. I've had some savage nights in nightclubs that were pretty close to empty, just because of the people I was with that night.

    Prague - home of Absinthe.

    Absinthe is actually French!
Prague is quality and yes Absinthe is cheap and very easy to come by.

Frankfurt is a good spot also. Was there last New Years with college mates and also during the 2006 World Cup.

I'm going to Berlin this year with a bunch of college mates. We're going for New Years.
