Is it for an internal transfer - as in, you're already in the company?

When you are asked to do things like this for an interview it is generally do demonstrate your ability to perform in the job you are applying for. So for a training job, being able to create and deliver a clear, comprehensive presentation is essential.

They will be looking on one hand at the composition of your slides. Do you have a start, body and conclusion, are they visually stimulating, do they follow best practice guidelines for business presentations. On the other they will be evaluating your delivery. So things like staying calm, speaking clearly and naturally, keeping it interesting and fielding questions.

Prepare your presentation thoroughly. Deliver it in the mirror 10 times so that you know how you are coming across, the order of your points and the message you are conveying. Learning the words off by heart isn't essential, just make sure you always know what you are talking about, and what's coming next :)

The accuracy of your content is less important than all the above, but do try to keep it relevant and truthful!

Hope that helps - good luck :)
