What RAM to upgrade Dell PowerEdge SC440?

I bought one of the SC440s from the famous bargain alert a year or so ago and am using it as a Windows Home Server. It's going well (despite some network problems) but I want to improve the performance as I'll be throwing more work at it when the Windows Home Server Power Pack 3 beta goes on it in the next couple of days.

It has 1GB of RAM but I'm not sure if that's 1x1GB or 2x512MB modules and not sure if I can just throw in another 1GB module or will I need to buy a 2GB module or can it take 2x1GB modules?

Found a link to this page in another thread so that looks like the RAM to go for so it's just the configuration I need to understand. 2GB will be plenty, no need for more.

Had a quick look and it would appear you need to install matched pairs, i.e. 2 x 1 GB sticks of EEC memory.
