Recommend a PC Tuner card

    Hi folks, I hope this is the correct forum section to post.

    Can anyone recommend a good PC tuner card (PCI)? A dual tuner would be wonderful (watch one channel and record another) or such. A make/model and where to buy would be great. Price - under €100.

    I have NTL cable, if that makes any difference.

    I've had a look around, but there seem to be different types of cards, so I'm a bit confused, and bow to your knowledge and experience. :D

    I bought a Hauppauger WinTV-Nova TD 500, DVB-T card. It installed fine, but won't detect any of my TV channels. I have UPC, and the channels come through fine on a TV.

    Anyone got any ideas? Help would be much appreciated.
