It's for one of the temporary 'co-worker' positions so I'm wondering how intense it will be. Group or single? And what should I wear? Would a suit be ott?

Havn't gotten as far as the interview process for a job in months so I want to be as prepared as possible for this

Suit is never too ott for an interview, however maybe just th eshirt and slacks with a tie in th epocket just in case.

Hopefully group interviews cause they are easier!

    Best of luck!

Dreadful place and a **** way to sell flatpack furniture. First of all there is a one way system so you have to walk around a million things to get to where you want. then a lot of things are extra so its hard to price anything without all the extras that crop up. Piped music playing all the time and some intruder alarm going off in the middle of it all.

Food was good in the cafe but huge crowd on Sunday so hard to get a quick meal. I hope their intro into the Dublin market will soon die down and the crowds get back to normal because I wouldn't buy anything there at the present level of congestion.
I saw a lot of display stock was battered and abused by peoples unsupervised kids so it doesn't bode well for the lasting power of their furniture as Dublin is only opened a month. Even at manic levels of attendance it should be possible for the staff to clear out battered display samples as it gives a bad vibe to prospective customers.
I would make this my top priority.
The atmosphere was tense and I wouldn't like to work for them, but retail is no bed of roses.

    thats surprisingly accurate
I went in for one a while ago aswell, really nothing at all to worry about. They dont really seem all that pushed on how your dressed, theyre pretty much just young people who handle it and are enjoying the whole thing like everyone else. Most people though were dressed in slacks and shirt and a few in regular clothes.

You are in a small group for the whole thing, with one short written part to be done on your own. The last part you have to build a folley out of paper and stuff as a group, its actually fun :D

Important part though is to voice your opinion on things, share your ideas, be yourself and get involved!!! You will be in and out in an hour. Great experience in my opinion.

I had assesment on Monday it was 3 sections 2 as a group
Frst you as a group of 4 are given a product to access its qualities ie. price eco friendly recycle material pratical etc. then sell it to the whole room after 10 mins. Second you have 3 pictures to say whats happening in the frame and what you would do as a co worker is said situation. Finally you are given a box containing straws cardboard paper and elastic bands and you have a half hour to build a model and then do presentation to the room as a group task. This good bit of crack enjoy and have fun with it remember they what happy people. Still no call on Interview am hopeful they say 5 to 10 days:) hope this helps someone
