Hi I was just wondering if anyone could help me... I got a letter yesterday saying that I will be receiving my first payment on Tuesday from the local post office, but I haven't received a social services card yet and as I understand I will need this to collect the payment on Tuesday?? Where will I get one or do I need it…

Print out this form http://www.welfare.ie/EN/Forms/Documents/sws1.pdf, fill it in, and bring it and your passport to your local dole office.
