    Now we've all seen it...
Hasn't made a cut all year, playing terrible stuff, then he's mixing it with Tiger. He's up there outdriving Woods by at least 30 yards or more, and straight as a die all the way...
This guy has Woods under pressure straight off the box, Tiger doesn't know what's going on.
    Two things...
Where did Padraig Harrington find this yardage?? I can't see for the life of me what he's done, yet the man's driving is phenomenal.
Will Woods follow suit?? Will the Tiger pick up on something Harrington already has??
Anyone here work for Wilson Staff?? Pray tell....

When I saw the title of the thread I thought it was going to be about the extra yardage he's been getting out of the rough on the edge of the green

One drive in particular I remember from last week saw him outdrive Woods by 40yds, if i remember correctly Woods was 340 and Harrington 382.

I'm gonna seriously have to get some of that Flora proactive.

Its down to all the fitness/endurance/flexibility work that he does with the Titleist Performance Institute, and his whole backroom staff
(Dr Liam Hennessy, Fitness, Swing Coach Bob Torrance, Chiropractor Dr Dale Richardson, Mental Coach Bob Rotella..)

Was it not using the Titleist driver the last few weeks?

Were they both using driver on these holes?

Tiger has dropped way down the stats on driving distance, or else everyone else near the top has just passed him out.

I think he's not swinging at the ball as hard these days anyway.

Didn't he claim that his Hi-Tec shoes previously added distance to his drives? Does that mean that his new footjoys are even better again?

From what I saw the new shorter swing is letting him get through the ball a lot quicker. I don't believe he was outdriving Tiger by 30 yards though. He was up there with him alright, but any difference when they were hitting the same clubs was down to angle/roll off downslopes etc. They were hitting the same irons on par 3s etc.

Woods has been using a left to right ball flight off the tee to keep control of the ball as his 'normal' draw had been erratic leading into Bridgestone. Obviously this this would lose him a few yards off the tee.
