I bought a 32 inch Toshiba lcd for my parents about 3 years ago and it has developed some serious clouding in the past few months. About 1/3 of the right hand side of the screen is a noticable darker shade than the rest of the screen. While you can still watch the tv, this darker portion is noticable and appears to be getting worse. Is there anything that can resolve this or is it shagged?

(I thought Toshiba were supposed to be a good make)
