    Hi all,

Is there any point in covering Frames in a web design course?

    Yes, I would.

Explain what they are and why traditional frames should not be used. IFrames are a different matter. Don't just pretend they don't exist, or one of the students might come across them on their own, and use them while wondering why they weren't covered in the course.
