Wrong PPS Number

I've been trying to get my P60 and P21 together for a grant. Just noticed the PPSN on my P60 is wrong by one number. It's obviously a typo on somebody's part but I'm just wondering what effect this'll have in general, or is it something I can just ignore?

You can always ask your employer for a new copy of your p60 with the correct pps number. Your entitled to a correct p60 by law so they will have to oblige

You should probably also check that the correct number was entered on your emloyers P35. If not, it could affect your PRSI entitlements as they will not have the correct PRSI details for you.
