Ive got a place in Rathmines 20 minute cycle to UCD or there are plenty of buses. Single room with other students.

My sister shared with two other girls for first year on campus, she had to pay two or three lump sums of a few grand, which was a struggle for her even with the full grant and top up. the flat was fine, large sitting rooms, 2 bathrooms, each had single room with desk pretty basic, although with house prices now you may be better off doing a house share near by.

If you can commute until you find somone to house share with, or look up Daft, for house share or rent a room in someones home.

I use to live in Rathmines and cycled to IADT, I was at UCD within 15 mins, unfortunately it took another 45 uphill minutes to get to my college! :pac:

I wouldnt recommend Rathmines its not really a nice area, try Ranleagh, but in this climate don't settle for less! And HAGGLE :P

This is a single room with shared facilities in a three person apartment. The two existing tenants are a pre-Med and first year Science students (both male). The apartment is in an excellent location – less than five minutes walk from UCD. All mod-cons . The preferred candidate will be a first year student. Getting on well together will be the number one priority.
