    We're going to have some free classes in our place in September, so if you're over 16 and looking to try something new, here are the dates:

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Gracie Basics - Beginners only
    Saturday 19th September 12.00-1.00pm

    Aikido - Beginners only
    Wednesday 23rd September 8.00-9.00pm

    Boxing - All levels
    Wednesday 23rd September 6.30-8.00pm
