Not sure about Rathmines but AVIS are located in Kilmainham. www.avis.ie

Enterprise have a few Dublin depots and will deliver the car to you.

Hertz on SCR by the National Stadium and Enterprise on Haddington Road are probably the closest to Rathmines.
