company registered address?

    just a quick question...

    can a company's registered address be that of rented accomodation rented out to tenants. the director is the owner of the rented property.

    any answers greatly appreciated!

    I don't see why not. It's not your principal private residence so I cannot see how it's going to affect your tax status. You will be liable for CGT anyway on the house as it is an investment property.

    Anyway lot's of people register their business from their home and providing they are not trading from there, there are no tax implications.

    Alternatively you can register it to your accountants office.
