    Not sure about that, many of these cars will be replacing 2 stroke bikes, trikes and scooters, which are pretty noxious themselves.

    My Susiki Swift 1000 cc 1998 car gets at high speed high way eg 75mph 120KPHand the rest to kerry at 60mph 100KPH 45 MPG
    Going slower ore like average of 55MPH it easily goes to55 MPG
    If I did even slower 45MPG can posh that up to nearly 70MPG

    Now ecen my old motor bikes 125cc or 50cc which carrry less people could brely reach these figures and were lightly worse for the 125 cc and they bothused oil which spwed out unburnt in the exhast emmissions

    So I Figure the TATA will be similar if not better than 10 year old carfor emmissions

    However there are other issues to consider so I wait to see
