First time poster, known a woman through a group for 18 months, and to be honest I like her.
However, I fear I may be in the friendzone.
She's a couple of years older than her and my age was something she wanted to know not long after we met, she was asking friends.
Anyway, whenever I'd half suggest a drink or heading out she'd not really answer, but would suggest that we do so as a group.
That to me would indicate that she wanted to be friends, she had no interest in me
She got back in touch a few weeks back, to clarify something, and threw lots of stuff about herself..etc..
Anyway, having half asked her out before and got nowhere, I'm not too sure if it's advisable to make a complete ejet of myself..but she is so damn easy on the eye..
Anyways, from what I describe am I friendzoned? How can I suss things out further?
She didn't really need to get in touch with me to to clarify whatever it was..
What would you advise I do..

I know you are keen to go out on a date with her, but maybe her suggestion of going out as a group is a good way to have a backup plan in case it does not work.

So maybe suggest going out again - if she mentions her the mates I would then say "great idea & how about you and me grab a bite first and meet up with the rest in the pub afterwards".... Worked well for me :)

If she says no to the food then you might have your answer - though you never know she might be afraid of losing a friend or something else - only she can tell you. Just do not pressurise her or make her feel under any kind of obligation.

Sorry - forgot to welcome your first post :)
