Hey! looking for some help, hope u guys can shine some light on the matter!

Im a regular buyer on ebay and on the 30th of July I purchased a small item and paid for it, I got UPS Worldwide Express shipping, hoping to get it rather quickly! but there has been no sign of it yet! I have no tracking code or anythin so I tried to contact the seller over the last week and a bit and he hasn't replied to any of my emails, I checked his feedback etc before I bought anything of him and its 100% and in fact he's a powerseller!
Is it normal for something to take that long to get here from the US via UPS Worldwide Express?

    thanks in advance!

Start a dispute, and if you get no response in a day or two, escalate to a claim. UPS shouldn't take that long, but without a tracking number, you have no idea what the hold up is (could be that it wasn't sent, got lost, held by customs, etc).

    Agree with jor el.

Open a dispute. This happened to me a couple of years ago.Bought and paid for a DVD from Australia.Hadnt received it after a few weeks.Reported it to ebay and it got sorted in a few days and the seller sent a replacement item.

If they have good feedback then you should be fine.Just go through the official channels.

how do you start a dispute? Ye I thought it was taking way too long to deliver, especially with UPS, there always on time!

In Paypal, go to Resolution Center. In eBay, click the drop-down menu to the left of the item name, and select Resolve a Problem.
