    Hey guys,

Im working in the IFSC from the 1st September. Would anyone be able to recommend a suitable place to live?
    Here are the stipulations.

The guys i'm planning on living with are working on harcourt street. I know Connolly station is handy for me as its right beside the IFSC. is anywhere served by a DART into Connolly and a LUAS into harcourt street?

We'd be looking for a nice 3 bedroom place with a max budget of €1,200 per month.

any info you could give me would be greatly appreciated as we are not to familiar with dublin.

    Cheers

Unfortunately no, there is that missing link on the Luas.

Consider somewhere along Dublin Bus route 128 that does Rathmines-Harcourt St.-city cente-Connolly-Fairview-Coolock

Rent's have fallen, but you won't get any 3 bed's that central for 1200 unless you move a bit further out, more like 1400/1500.

That, or maybe Stillorgan? A bit far out, I admit, but it does have both the LUAS, and a DART line nearby. The LUAS starts at Sandyford, so the lads will get a seat on the way in, and there's a DART station at Blackrock. The LUAS is about 2.5 miles away from the DART station, so smack in the middle would be Stillorgan. The following are all 3 bedrooms, except the first one, which is a 4 bedroom house.
