    Did anyone watch the tv series?? Is anyone really looking forward to the film?
    I really hope Shyamalan doesn't mess it up, his last few things have been rotten. I am a fan of his early work though...
    I'm hating that theyre not including Azula, a KEY character. She, in my opinion, was the best thing on the show... Well excluding Sokka...:D
    Anyone have anything to say??

    I am concerned alright. The casting seems pretty good so far but my concern is that it will be dumbed down a lot. Sokka will just be the comic relief (While he was this in the series he also was a good strategist and ideas man) and Zukko will be just a panto badguy. As for Azula, well, she only came into it from season 2 on anyway (Along with Toph). The plan is to make 3 films, I'm assuming roughly sticking to the general water-earth-fire season arcs but the first one will have to make a shedload of money first.

    As for people who have not seen the cartoon, check it out. It is surprisingly good. nice complex characters and character development. A full 60 episode, 3 season storyline with start, middle and end. The animation is top notch for TV and the writing interesting and very funny. Recommended!
