PS3-Price check

I'm looking to pick up a ps3, the 80gb one, have been offered one at:
330 euro:

PS3 - 80GB
2 dual axis controllers
resistance 1
hdmi - dvi cable

good deal? i have no idea of prices so i'm looking for some guidelines here

Seems like a fair price.

Not sure where exactly you are buying it from, but if it is from Harvey's, ask for less, because they will always go for less. Maybe about €305 or so.

If this is second hand, its a pretty poor deal.

Edit: just going on your wording. If new, its a pretty fair deal.

Wait for the PS3 slim out in a week and a half priced at €299 euro and comes with 120gb hard drive and 1 dual shock 3..

I wouldnt be a big fan of the slim, I'd be a bit converned over possible over heating issues, perhaps its unfounded and in any case I prefer the look of the fat one

Even if your buying new... wait till the slim comes out, its gonna slash the prices of other PS3's on the market already...
