    I think that would be art. I think.

    If you look at it 4s in, there's a guy frozen in the middle of the bridge. That's the arty bit. It's got to be.

    At 20s in we see the site meeting where the first item on the agenda is "location of kettle" Second is "guess how many quangos are represented here"
