Looking for a new set. Have mine four years but I seem to be landing badly on the right foot. Is it normal for your gait to change with time??? Also whats best for fitting -plastercast or running over a pad?? Dont want to spend huge money but if anybody can recommend a place? last concern would be about weight. I wear mine…

last concern would be about weight. I wear mine in races and dont want any bricks in my shoes!
