well if you want the templebar of Orlando, go to city walk or the other one, cant remember its exact names. Pleasure Island or something like that. Has about 8 different venues doing different styles etc, but its well touristy!!

For the Orlando nightlife, head downtown and go to anywhere around Church Street. Few nice clubs and bars around there.

closing time is 2am and not a minute after, at 2.01am everyone will be moved out of the establishment. if you are staying near the big mcdonalds on I-drive your best bet is universal city walk, citywalk is about 1-1.5 miles away, if you buy a 2 park pass on universals website you get free in to all the bars and clubs there for a week, weekend nights in citywalk are pretty hectic, weekday nights are pretty quiet, its a mostly youngish crowd (18-30) on a weekend night

downtown has some good bars and clubs but downtown is a long way from your location on i-drive (over 10 miles, same with disney), also downtown orlando is small and its very easy to take a wrong turn into a ghetto especially just south of the city center so be careful if you venture in that way at night, e.g. the area around the citrus bowl is ghetto central

TBH if your doing all the parks during the daytime when it comes to nighttime the last thing you will want to do is head clubbing

There is a few places on i-drive but they are expensive, House of blues in pleasure Island is a great club they open until 2 and usually some really great bands or dj. Jellyroles is also a good spot - its a piano bar ....
Kissimmee has great nightlife as well in old town there is a club called sun on the beach its open until 2ish usually good craic in it of a thursday, friday and saturday as there is bike and car cruises on those nights.
