    Got one room to let in a 3 bed flat on the Sandyford road just past Ranelagh, its perfect for any one in UCD or Trinity the number 11 bus stop is literally the front door. Ucd is only a ten/fifteen walk and theres a shop right across the road too! Theres 2 of us in there already both second year lads one in Trin and one in UCD. The room is big enuf with good storages and the flat has a nice kitchen and living area, washing machin and dryer. Rent is 417€ a month. If your intrested email me at matt8390@hotmail.com
