    Hi,

Just wondering what people who have attended an ACCA course in DBS found having shorter lectures to be like? Did you learn enough in this time?

On the one hand I think its a good idea as often after a long day Im no good after the break in a 3 hour lecture, and usually break out the phone and start texting/checking football scores, but then there seems to be far more lecture days with the 2 hours which limits free time and clashes with other classes.

Ive gone to Ind Colleges for the majority of my courses and just fancy a change of scenery. Hopefully it will break the motonony of doing these bloody exams.

    Anyone recommend/advise against?

Ì gess it depends on which subject you're doing. I did P1 in DBS and was very disappointed by their organisation. i might have been the unlucky one but didn't get emails or texts to let me know where the venue was so ended up once missing an hour of the class after cycling 30min just to go to the class I was really annoyed.
On the 2hours side, I don't think P1 needed more, it's a boring subject and you could even doi it as homestudy, and I'm not a person who usually likes home study!
