I am currently studying biomedical science and only just decieded to take gamsat I have a month to revise and was wondering if that was enough time as I have read that some people take months out to revise for it and was thinking that I would not get through everything in time :S

hey nadia, I'd say that you will have enough time to give it a good go anyway! With your science backgroud, the science section should be easy enough to cover over the month. How were you at english in school?! If you were good at english then that should be fine too! Don't be put off by others who might say it's not enough time, you know yourself how quickly you can learn and pick up new stuff. At least by giving it a go you'll get to see where your strengths and weaknesses are, if you'd consider trying again in march! Good luck!:)

i'm just finished a B.Sc and am going to give the gamsat uk a go, I dont expect to get in, but it will be good preparation for september, the way I see it is that if you can afford it, their as no negative outcomes to come from taking the exam anf scoring low

a month is a little low, and if you have a science background the only thing you need to study is essay writing, and they go easy on the marking usually i heard in that section, but then again march isnt that far away, if you put in work you can get into top college like RCSI
