Hen Party at Home

Because of the age range of guests involved I've decided to have my hen party at home. I've looked at the Girls Night In Site and it's a little out of our budget. Does anyone have any ideas for a relatively inexpensive night in or can anyone suggest any other party plan companies other than Avon, Ann Summers etc.

Apologies if this has been covered before I'm new to the site.

    Many thanks

I was at a 'house' hen party recently and it was brilliant. The house was decorated with a tropical theme. Lots of flowers, inflatable palm trees, twinkly lights. Every guest was greeted with a garland and a cocktail. Got the night off to a great start. Good lively music, plenty of food and cocktails, limbo dancing etc ,it went on until well after 3am. Great fun, everyone very relaxed. Most of the decorations are available in Euro shops or party shops.

I agree, having a night in is as much fun as a night out. Just make sure you have an agenda for the night so everyone doesn't end up watching TV.

Its a good idea to have a theme party like a beach party, Grease theme party etc. Write get some Truth or Dare cards, or better still make up your own. You can always get in a stripper, a nail specialist or a make up artist to add something different to the night.
