    my husband is with 02 for year,s,.last week he kept getting txt,s from57250. he was charged 2.07e every time .he deleted them all. took no notice of them, untill sunday he got one saying the service he is useing is at 20e. he did not aks for the service, didnt enter any compitition of any sort. he fond 02 she asked did he enter anything that would need the service. she stoped the txt,s from her side,gave a number for him to do same if happen,s again . can some one tell me is there an email address to find out to where the txt came from?SHOULD HE PAY THAT 20E FOR SOMETHING HE DID NOT ASK FOR? :confused:

    no,why would he,someone/something got his number and is sending them to him,he should of stopped them earlier.

    Is it taking his credit?

    To be honest, e-mailing about things such as these is utterly pointless. You need to be phoning and writing to people.

    he was so busey at his job that he totaly forgot about them, he drives for a liven ,how do they get the number,s. is there such thing as some twit selling on his number to the said txt. he got phone bill today 108.95. not bad you say but its usualy 20e less. he has free min,s etc and togo at 20e.

    if he didn't sign up for it, he should be refunded the amount. The company in question will have to provide the details of when he signed up, if they can do then he will have to pay.
