    Moyne Villa soccer club will be holding a Texas Hold ‘Em poker night in the Anglers Rest hotel Headford County Galway on the Friday the 18th of September at 8pm sharp. There is a guaranteed prize pool of €2,000, tickets are incredible value at only €30 for entry with €15 re-buy’s until the break and an optional top up.A great night is anticipated with a strong field of players competing for the €1,000 first place





    1. Who is running the event (organisation, society etc.) - Moyne Villa AFC
    2. The purpose of the event (charity, commercial etc.) - Local soccer team
    3. Date and Location of event - Fri 18th Sept, Anglers Rest hotel Headford
    4. Registration and Start time of event. - 7pm reg, 8pm sharp start
    5. Any prerequisites (member of club, society etc) - none
    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number (in advance, at the door etc.) - in advance by pm me or on the night, max 99 players
    7. Type of Tournament (Hold'em/Omaha etc Freezeout/Rebuy etc.) NL Hold 'Em re-buy
    8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc. - €30 entry, €15 rebuys and top up at break
    9. Cost of registration - Zero
    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund - All entries, re buys and top ups going towards prize fund, this is €2,000 guaranteed and any extra funds will be withheld
    10a. Is any money from the prize fund held back for future tournaments, if so, how much - No
    11. Any guarenteed prize pool. - €2,000
    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels. - Unlimited, 20 mins blinds, 90 mins to first break
    13. Starting Chips - 4,000
    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts. - 4,000
    15. Blind levels 50 -100, 75 -150, 100-200 etc
    16. Blind timeframes - 20 mins
    17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash (free entry to other tournie, merchandice etc), - Top 4 or 5 depending on entry numbers, €1k first place
    18. Are there going to be dealers - and their level of skill - Self Deal until final table
    19. Will there be a documented list of rules - TD will announce rules before start
    20. Is there a tournament director - Yes
    21. How are disputes handled - who has final say. - TD (Who is external to the club)
    22. Are there any cash games offered, if so, please outline the rake for each limit offered. - No



    Another full house is expected as we had over ten full tables starting our last event, its always a great night and there is the occasional pint of Guinness (table service by bar staff), complimentary food is served at the break.
