Hi all.

Well, after 12 years working in Sales, I've finally reached a point where I need to think about reinventing myself.

I'm hoping that somebody here can help me, with particular regard to a career coach.

A couple of questions:

1. Do they actually work? I'm looking to hear from somebody who has 1st hand experience, and possible a recommendation?

2. Switching careers: in a small pond like Ireland, is it really possible. I've 70% of my career working (successfully) overseas. I'm home in Ireland 3 years and during that time I have had 2 jobs working for SME's on international business development. I've reached the point where I don't get the buzz from sales that I once did, and am finding it harder and harder to push through each day. Is there anybody out there who has made a successful translation out of Sales to another career?
