HI I AM JUST LOOKING FOR ADVICE ON A MATTER. MY GIRLFRIEND WAS TURNING INTO A WELL KNOWN SUPERMARKET YESTERDAY AND THE DELIVERY LORRY WENT TO PASS HER OUT AND CLIPPED THE BACK/SIDE OF HER CAR. NOW THERES VERY LITTLE DAMAGE DONE AND SHE WASN'T INJURED OR ANYTHING BUT WHEN SHE GOT HOME WE NOTICED THE ALLOY WAS VERY BADLY SCRAPED AND THE TIRE HAS A BIG SLIT AND BULGE IN IT. THE DRIVER SAID TO GET THE BUMPER SPAYED AND HE'LL PAY AND IF ITS 2 MUCH HE'LL PUT IT THROUGH INSURANCE. SHE FEELS BAD NOW BUT IS SHE ENTITLED TO GET A NEW ALLOY AND TIRE BECAUSE IN THE END OF THE DAY IT WAS HIS FAULT? ALSO THE BACK BUMPER HAS A BLACK STRIP THAT IS THE BLACK BUMPER MATERIAL AND THATS BADLY SCRAPED AND UNABLE TO FIX THE ONLY WAY WOULD BE TO GET A NEW BUMPER AND SPRAY THE COLOURED BIT THE RIGHT COLOUR OR COLOUR CODE THAT BLACK BIT. BUT TO DO THE 2ND OPTION SHE WOULD HAVE TO COLOUR CODE THE BLACK STRIPS ON THE SIDE OF THE DOORS ASWEL OR ELSE IT WOULD LOOK STUPID. WHAT SHOULD SHE DO?

    THANKS
PS: Sorry its in caps lock only noticed when I had half it typed.

Oh ya she got the drivers details and also went into the manager of the supermarket and said it to him and he was going to sort it out he said.
