    Hi,

I sold an item on ebay. The transaction was fine got the money and sent item. Unfortunetly the item was returned to me by an post. The buyer never collected the item from the an post mail centre. I sent an email to the buyer but have still not heard back. I thought the person could have been on holidays but its going onto nearly a month back.

    Any ideas what to do?

Not much more you can do.. wait for buyer to get back to you.

How many days since you received payment? After 45 days, the buyer can't start a Paypal dispute, and you don't have to worry as they can't do anything against you. If it's less than 45, then you'll just have to wait until the buyer responds, and see if he starts a dispute or looks for a refund.

Send another email, through eBay so there's a record of what you said.

Not too sure about that but could you create a new pay it now just for the shipping cost including the ebay fees. The buyer should definitely pay for the postage a second time around

You could do a partial refund for the original payment, excluding the postage charge. Then set up a new BIN auction and get her to buy it. Not an easy way to do it, but you have to remember that any payments that are sent outside of eBay are not protected by eBay's policies, so it might be the best for all.
