The first chapter of volume 3 is published a little while now.
I really enjoyed the first two volumes, so I look forward to checking this out.

It probably goes without saying here that the comics are nothing like the film. I liked the movies based on Watchmen and V for Vendetta: I don't automatically dislike movies based on Alan Moore's comics because he's opposed to their creation. So it is without bias that I say The League of Extraordinary Genlemen movie was extraordinaily sh!t and bore no relation to the comics beyond mixing a few characters from well-known unrelated fiction.

The new comic is 72 pages and the first of three chapters, but each chapter will be self-contained to a great extent apparently. I looked at a couple of reviews and they were positive and said the comic is more like volumes 1 & 2 than the Black Raccoon Dossier, which is a good thing imo. I stopped looking at reviews after a couple because they all seemed intent on providing a synopsis and possible spoilers.

So anyway. Worth checking out if you liked the first two I expect. If you didn't like the first two you mustn't have read them, so check out those instead haha.

The first part of Volume 3 was great, and a step up from The Black Dossier, which I liked but found tough going at times

I really enjoyed Century, the shift in structure worked quite nicely and overall it was a nice balance between being a standalone story and being the first part of a new three-part story. The only problem is how long we'll have to wait for parts 2 & 3 :(
