Cant access module regristration? or is it not open yet?/

Ive registered for this year, and paid my fees and all, but when i click module regristration it just defaults to the summary that has :" STEP 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION STEP 2. MODULE REGISTRATION then at the bottom it has the Begin module Regristration link. When i click this it does nothing. Anyone else have this problem?
