Extension prices in South East

    Hi,

    I live in a 3 bed semi with converted garage. Plan is to build over the garage and behind, thereby extending the kitchen. Expect the extension to be around 600sq feet.

    Does anyone know what the typical building rates are for extension, i.e. € per square foot etc.
