DVD on Surround sound needs repair

Can anyone advise me on someone ( in the mullingar area) that could repair the DVD, on a Panasonic Surround Sound System. Radio and TV connections are working. When I try to remove/ open Disc compartment, it says ' no disc', even though there is a disc inside. When I click 'Play' it also says that there is no disc, Cant…

this happens to mine a lot, normally a dirty disc or your dvd player might need a clean
