House cleaner in Carlow

Hi hi, can anyone recommend a housecleaner in Carlow town? I'd rather go on someone's recommendation than getting a cleaner from an ad that I don't know. Unfortunatly I can't go on blaming the dog for the state of the house :( Just looking for someone for a couple of hours a week\fortnight really.
