After a year long long investigation, The Garda finally giving the results that they can do nothing to help with my case.
the thing started since last year August, when I'v seen my bank statement, I got used to check all transactions, suddenly, I found out something, there's a E500 withdrawn transaction was made without my notice, than I report the bank to froze my account immediately, also it's already half month later than the transaction was making.
same day, the customer adviser got me fill in the fraudulent form, and I'm waitting for the investigation at home. in the end of Sep 2008, I received the report from fraudulent Dept, the results shown like below.

    Dear Mr xxxx
    Maestro Debit Card xxxxxx
I refer to your recent enquiry concerning disputed transaction on your AIB Debit Card, which have now been fully investigated.
Our records show that the party who carried out the withdrawal used the correct Personal Identity Number(pin) with your AIB Debit Card, The combination of the correct PIN with the card automatically, authoriseds a transaction in accordance with the terms and conditons which govern Debit cards
As a result of this, I regret that AIB will not be authorising a refund of the disputed transactions on your card. Please find the details of these transctions enclosed.
The system and procedures operate to the highest internationally recognised security standards and are subject to regulare examination by auditors. Given the seriousness of the allegations tha a fraud has been perpetrated, we strongly recommend that you refer the matter to the Gardai to permit an independent investigation to be carried out.

    Your sincerely
    Txxxxxx
    Debit Fraud
    AIB Card Issuing

After read all of these, I got report to the Garda in Coolock Garda station, thay promise to look after camera beside the Banklink, in the following 10 monthes, every week I went to the station to check the clue, the answer is the investigation is still held on the way, so, the time coming to the end of Junn 2009, I went to check the results again, this time I finally got the result, but is a negtive, the Garda that handling with my case told me that Garda can do noting to help me out, he ask me to go back to AIB to ask for the investigation and refund.
I lost all the hope, I'm just like yoyo between AIB and Garda Station.
HOPELESS, ANGER, USELESS ALL OVER HERE. THIS IS AIB, THIS IS IRISH GARDA. What can I do?

Was there any theory as to how they got you pin? by your post they had your pin, as well, or at least a copy of it. The atms that you use, perhaps a lebanese loop was used on one to clone your card and video your pin. If you got stung, then others prob did too.

I really have no idea that how did they got my pin,I'v never revealed my pin to any body more than myself, the mordern criminal tech has increasingly growing, like what you said, I might be been video captured by the looping group, but, have to say, they're picked up a wrong guy, I don't have much money in my account, they must be very dispointed.

till now,I still don't understand why Garda can't get those videos when they took the money from ATM.

    thanks Garda for doing nothing.

That sucks, I was under the illusion that banks will generally always refund. Could the guards not access the footage (or rather waited too long to do so) or is it that the bank don't believe you? Were you away on holiday at anytime in the recent past before it happened?

There're 2 gaps during the investigation, which bank took more then a month to investigate the case, given the feedback was afterwords. this is cost nearly 2 month since my account been robbed. It really cost the time, by the time I received the feedback from AIB,(now I regret that I should've report the Guards first, cause I think that was too late for Garda to do the investigation ),I reported to the Garda in Coolock, also, they took the case nearly 8 month, but, finally, they give me a negative answer.:(
