Problem: Listening to RTÉ Radio 1 on Realplayer

What am I doing wrong? I'm going to the RTÉ Radio 1 page - http://www.rte.ie/radio/index.html - and it says to download Realplayer or Mediaplayer. I have Mediaplayer installed, but when I click Mediaplayer on the RTÉ site (http://www.rte.ie/radio/liveplayer_av.html?1,null,200,http://dynamic.rte.ie/av/live/radio/radio1.smil), it asks me to install Mediaplayer. When I click to install it, it says that the RTÉ Mediaplayer is an older version than the one on my own laptop and will accordingly not install it. So, it seems, I cannot listen to RTÉ via Mediaplayer.

So, I'm stuck with Realplayer. It is atrocious 'thinny' quality. It keeps breaking up and "buffering", then it comes back for 10 seconds, and goes again, and comes back. I have never listened to a single programme on RTÉ without Realplayer having this abysmal quality.

I figure tens of thousands of people must use it every day without a problem, so what am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

PS: Can we not get RTÉ Radio 1 on Digital yet?
