    I am taking part in the Sean Kelly tour,my first,am I required be a member of Cycling Ireland or have a Licence from them in order to take part.any info,Thanks.

    Did they mention anything when you registered? I don't think so. Usually they tell you if you need to pay extra. the Licence is only for insurance purposes. SKT might have a different system.

    Guy on a recumbent (not a trike) did the W200 so I imagine so.
