what are the side affects to giving blood

I had to get up to check on the baby during the night, and was a bit dizzy, feel about 3 stone heavier today

    this happened last time too

don't think it agrees with me, doubt i'll go again

I felt very tired after I gave it but that could just be the stress of going and getting it done and nerves and stuff. Theres a number on the wee card they give you to ring if you have side effects. You should give them a ring and check it out. It's especially important now cause you could be coming down with a flu or something and they need to know that.
