He's also playing in Galway. What album should I start off with? I've heard only seven or eight songs of his so far but they're all good enough to interest me into delving deeper.

I love 'Rock n roll with the Modern Lovers'. Class album. The fact that it sounds like it was recorded in a toilet only adds to how great it is.
Also a big fan of 'Jonathan goes country' and a more recent title 'I'm so confused'

if you're going to check this gig out, your best bet would be to buy whatever his latest album is. I saw him last year in whelans. He played a lot of new stuff.

I really liked I johnathan. great stuff on it like parties in the usa and dancing in the lesbian bar. Mind you, I haven't heard it in about 15 years

By the way does anyone here know what the name of that song he did about being a 15 year old boy trying to get with a 17 year old girl? It went something like "the smell of her coat, the smell of her hair" and then something about cold new england air
