Not sure if there's any in the Clare area this link was posted somewhere not too long ago http://www.cocodogclub.com/

Agility can't be done until the pup is a year old anyway but for socialisation classes there's the K9 academy http://www.irishanimals.ie/care/behaviour.html it says Limerick and surrounding areas.

If you can't get any in your area then the next best thing is, once fully vaxd, to get the pup out and about mixing all sort of people, kids, buggies, older people and other dogs. If you can find a neighbour or friend that has a friendly playful dog or pup that will help as well.

Then teaching the basics like sit and walking on the lead etc should be easy enough or with clicker training when the pups a little older.

    Thank you,
I know that she has to be a year old but I just thought I would ask for the future lol! I have a 13 year old dog who loves puppies and other animals so hopefully she will take her under her wing. We have rabbits and poultry that we are hoping she won't want to kill by bringing her out around them from day one and praising her when she ignores them. I have been looking up training and socializing so I think we are all set. Just thought puppy classes would help and be fun for both of us :p

What part of Clare are you in?

I know of classes in Galway city, and I think Galway Kennels near Ardrahan organise classes too, if you are within driving distance of there.
Otherwise, maybe somewhere in Limerick does classes if you're down that end of the county.

Galway is a little far for me to travel to regularly, but thanks.
