Soccer injury compensation

I would appreciate if anyone can help with this.

I broke my leg playing soccer in Tymon Park, Templeogue, Dublin, a couple of weeks ago. The injury was caused by a bad pitch- my foot twisted when I landed. It was during a pre-season friendly match. I'm not covered by my club's insurance as that doesn't take effect until season begins.

I want to know if I have a case against Dublin City Corporation for-
    1) Hospital fees; and/or
    2) Loss of earnings
as the injury was caused by the bad pitch. It's the loss of earnings that is most important for me, as I am self-employed and I will lose 5-10k because of this injury.

    Thanks
