Just looking for general info on where to stay and the GMIT nightlife, do most students head into the city or are there local pubs that they frequent?

gleann na ri = most nights in the library bar, glasan = most nights in glasan for parties, city centre = out every night and the rest = dunno

Well I cant speak for everyone in GMIT clearly but the usual for me would be house> Libary bar>then random niteclubs in City Center
