Okay, I know he has been hogging the limelight, but what is the prediction
    for the 200?

I am saying that if he runs to the line and doesn't slow and commits 100 percent, I see
    19.20-19.25 in the 200

    Any other choices

I don't think he's on form at the moment so doubt he'll break it....

He ran 19:30 into a 0.9 headwind in the olympics, i'd say if he has a slight tail wind, he would run close to 19s flat.

I assume you are kidding? On form, he's off the bloody charts!

Anyway, I know both races are obviously different, but the guy is on form and even
not at 100 percent, he is capable. He is a year older and more mature now too.

I don't think he'll do it, but then again I didnt think he'd do it in Beijing either!

If you look back at that final, he really had to push to the line to get Johnson's record. Granted though, with a tailwind, he might go close.

Yes, I was kidding. Does a 9.58 100m not back me up?

I thought so, but usually a smiley face or somethin' affirms it....

    I predict and hope for:

150m flat out, last 50m prancing and chestbeating. 19.30s

Everytime he runs i'm shocked now, so have no idea what to expect at this point. I think my reaction to the 100m was something like MJ's in the BBC studio.. I even went close to the TV to make sure I was seeing the correct time. I would have love to see Bolt and MJ race over 200m with someone to push them who know what the could have achieved.

I am not so sure of the record going now; Gay is out due to nagging groin injury.
BBC reported this on their Athletics page.Gay would have been a good push for Usain!

So, today the Big Man is on the track in a bid to do the double.
I watched him yesterday and I can see at least a half a second in
him, he slowed up with about 40-50 metres to go and not
being pushed. It will all depend on how hard he wants to push
himself, because I see nobody pushing him in the race.

Now, nobody pushed him in Beijing but himself, so he can
go all out without the push, but will he really try?

I think if he really pushes it, he can really challenge 19.30

I've no idea what he'd going to do, looking at him I think he'll win easy but didn't think he would break his record, But the guy always shocks me so if he ran sun 19.30 i'd only be a little shocked.
