ECG And Blood Test - Anyone in the know???

    I am going to have liposuction done abroad in about 8 weeks and the clinic wants me to have an ECG done before I go.
    I do not want to go to my own Doctor about this as he is a VERY conventional man and would think I was mad. I am not. I have HORRENDOUS :eek: thighs unresponsive to streneous excercise.

    Anyway, if anyone has ever had an ECG and had to pay privately for it - how much does it cost, roughly???

    Also, blood tests - what would this cost paying cash???

    You would still need a referral from a doctor to get either of them done, public or private, so you will need to bite the bullet and talk to your GP or else go to a walk in surgery where you won't have to see the doctor again after getting your blood results if that's an option for you.
